What’s a Discernment
Day?
Simply delightful!
Instructions:
1. Leave home, work, demands and give a day to your
soul’s needs.
2. Come to beautiful Edmonds
to the Nest and have a coffee, a walk, a look at the Sound.
3. Breathe.
4. Meet with a spiritual director for three sessions
around your imminent decision, long-term dreams, whatever.
5. In between sessions, journal, pray, reflect and
discern the Presence of God in your life.
6. Hear God’s movement in your life and discern the
next steps.
